Harry was a highly paid project manager in the electrical services industry. At 56 he was made redundant. Recruitment firms loved his CV and presented him to numerous potential employers. But time and time again, he was rejected.

After months of rejections, we worked with him to setup a consultancy. A domain name for a website was registered. A business card was produced. And his LinkedIn profile was updated accordingly.

Within a few weeks he negotiated a small consultancy project with a large mining services firm. They loved his work and offered him a 12 month contract. At the end of the contract, Harry was offered a full time role with the firm on a salary higher than his previous job.
